The Access by KAI application is the official application from PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), offering a variety of services related to train travel in Indonesia.

Ticket Reservations

Access by KAI provides a range of menus for ordering train tickets, including intercity, local, LRT Jabodebek, KCI, airport, and fast train tickets. All of these options can be accessed in one convenient application.

Connecting Trains

The Access by KAI application features a Connecting Train menu, which is useful for users who want to schedule connecting trains. The system will find and display desired combinations of connecting train schedules.

Manage Ticket Booking

Users of the Access by KAI application can easily manage their previously purchased train tickets. Passengers can add their tickets to the app, even if they were purchased through external channels. The app allows users to change the schedule, cancel the ticket, transfer the ticket, or print the e-boarding pass. With this feature, passengers no longer need to visit the station in person.

Loyalty Program

Railpoin is PT Kereta Api Indonesia's loyalty reward program designed as a token of gratitude towards loyal customers. Railpoints are earned with every train ticket purchase and can be exchanged for future train travel or at select merchants. Premium members enjoy additional benefits.
